Singing In The New

The power of sound has long been known as one of creative forces of the Universe and can create order out of randomness.

We have learned that writing our intentions along with speaking them creates a profound effect on the outcome.

I would like to offer another piece to the equation of transformation and manifestation. Instead of writing our intentions/affirmations and simply stating them why not sing them into form?

Song has a rhythm, melody, and resonance that adds a quality which simple vocalization lacks. Have you ever wondered why short chants and mantras are so effective and leave you feeling better? Or why we sing at church, weddings, or at ritual gatherings?

This is why. The Universe is a song and when we sing our affirmations or sing our new stories we add our own rhythm, melody and create harmonies which assists us to come into alignment with the Universal song.

Go ahead try it! Start with something simple. Come up with your own simple song or find a nursery rhyme that is familiar. Keep your affirmation short and direct. Repeat and repeat. You will begin to feel the resonance building in your body the longer you repeat the song. When you feel this you are synchronizing with yourself.

One affirmation or song could be ‘I am a resonant field of prosperity’.
